  • Traditionally, one eats sushi using fingers or chopsticks.
  • Our menus include soy sauce, green wasabi (very strong, spicy green horseradish), ginger chopsticks and a napkin. Mix some wasabi with the soy sauce, using the cover of the box, and lightly dip the sushi in this sauce. After that, take a small piece of ginger, it will freshen the palate.
  • Eat our products today! Keep them stored in a fresh place but not in the refrigerator. It makes the rice go hard and dry, the taste gets lost and the nori (algae) will loose its freshness.
 

WORTH TO KNOW

  • GINGER : a pleasureable substance obtained through the fermentation and sweet pickling of the roots of the plant Zingiber officinale. When eaten in small quantities in combination with sushi, this will freshen the palate and help the digestive system.
  • NORI or ALGAE : enhance the circulation. They contain protein and vitamins which help our system to protect against the build up of cholesterol and his negative influence upon our arteries.
  • SOYA SAUCE : contains phyto-oestogen which helps our body protect itself against some of the more unpleasant symptoms of the menopause.
